The Geranium Hocus Pocus
Add some magic to your garden with Geranium Hocus Pocus - a hardy geranium that has 2” lavender blooms with white centers and the striking contrast of black anthers. Reaching 16” in height the dark foliage and red veined stems add to the drama of this flower.
Planting Tips For Hocus Pocus
Plant in garden beds, planters and hanging baskets.
Geraniums like the sun, but not too much in climates that are very hot. Put them in a spot that will get 6 to 8 hours of sun each day. Strong winds can damage these plants so make sure the area is protected.
The geranium will do best in a well drained soil (a mix of soil and peat moss for container plants is good).
Keeping geraniums in containers is nice if you live in a climate with a harsh winter – you can bring the plant in in the cold weather and set it back out when the last frost is over. Make sure you give it a planter that is large enough for the plant and take care to not overwater.
Indoor geraniums will flower if put in a very sunny spot. Make sure they are in a container large enough for the plant with good drainage. Fertilize every month spring through summer and every other month fall through winter.
Make sure you check The Hocus Pocus for signs of pests and diseases
